Hey guys, family and I are heading into Patong tomorrow to get a 30 day extension for our visa exemption. Is there anything in particular we need other than passports ? Any tips (first timers lol)
Went to extend my visa today at Patong immigration. The very happy immigration officer looked at my TM7 looked at me and said… From Liverpool? I said yes, with a cold chill going down my spine thinking something was wrong. He told me to stand for a picture, rushed from his desk and picked up a Liverpool FC ’You’ll Never Walk Alone’ poster that had ‘Patong Immigration’ also on it and made me hold it with my passport and took my ‘official’ picture with it. Who said immigration was a boring experience 😂😂
Just for information for community: went today to Patong immigration office to extend visa exempt for 30 days (german passport). Went smooth, you only need copy passport, copy stamp, one photo, TM7 sheet (you'll find it there), pay 1900thb, wait 30 minutes. In Phuket Town immigration they told me, they need some residency forms but in Patong nobody was asking for this. If you have further questions please ask, just wanted to share my experience maybe it's interesting for someone. 👍🏻🙂
Hi...I got my 1st 30 day extension at Phuket immigration, and I want to go and get the 60 covid extension tomorrow, but at patong immigration. I've read info that you can't get it at paying , can anyone advice please ?
I got my visa extension granted at the patong immigration police office. Will the 2nd extension apply to this or will I need to go into the main immigration in phuket town?
I arrived today at 13:50 with 5 people in front of me sitting outside. Presented all my pre prepared documents to the friendly guard who checked all was in order and after a quick check of my temperature I was moved into the line.
Social distancing in effect I was guided through the conveyer belt process so that everyone was kept separate. A pleasant experience that took all of around 30 minutes start to finish. Great service!!
I need to get a re entry permit for a quick visit to KL. Can it be done at Phuket International? Or failing that Patong immigration before I go? It will be an early morning flight so I'm concerned about office opening hours at PIA if it's possible. Thanks for helping.
