If I have made my LTR non refundable payment of $1700usd to the Thai Embassy website too soon. Then I was told I need to have the Thailand assets like a Real Estate investment to get my LTR Visa. Also will the immigration office hold my payment as valid for 12 months while I secure a seperate visa until I qualify for my LTR Visa? Thank you in advance. Great group ...
