How can I make unlimited calls from Asia to the United States using VOIP software?

Skype is great for making phone calls worldwide. Can even call a landline. The person or business you’re calling doesn’t need to have any special software or app, they just answer the phone like a regular call. Extremely cheap, just pennies.

Thank you! To clarify - you mean that he would have to exit Thailand to activate the new uni visa & then enter Thailand under that? (If so, that is not a problem.)

Can ownership of a condo in Thailand be changed between foreigners and Thais or to a company?

We bought a condo in Bangkok, & before the sale could take place, the condo manager had to obtain a report of Thai/foreigner ownership in the building, re: the 49% maximum foreign ownership rule. We were told the sale can't go through without that report. So should be very clear.

Good advice. At Bangkok Bank my 12-month statement took, I believe, 3 business days. I had to return & pick it up. I had not been aware of that, assumed I could just go there & get it on the spot. So leave yourself enough time.
