Hello - is there anywhere we can find out more information about the 90 day reporting? Must this be done in person at a Thai immigration office or can it be done online?
Also, would you be required to present all the original documentation again as is required at the 180 day extension.
If you leave and re-enter Thailand before the 90 days arrives does this exempt you from having to do the 90 day report?
Wanted to share an update and looking for suggestions.
Recently applied for 90 days reporting online but received an email that it has been rejected.
And the mail says that “ For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required”.
Does that mean every time after 180 days period is over or travel outside country before 90 days , reporting has to be done face to face?
Good morning, I did my 1st 90 days report in person at Bangkok Immigration and the staff said my next report can do it online. Later I flew out and flew back in on 15 October 2024. I just did my 1st online report and it was rejected.
Is it because when I flew out and came back on 15 October, Immigration considers it as my 1st 90 days report again? Like a reset so I cannot do it online.
Quick question: I’m living in BKK on a Non O retirement visa, currently in my first one year extension. I left Thailand after about 45 days into my extension, thereby putting off my first 90 day reporting, till 90 days after my return into Thailand (effectively about 150 days after my extension went into effect).
Will that reporting still be considered my first report, and therefore I will have to do it in person, at the appropriate immigration office, here in BKK? Or by some stroke of luck, since I left the country and came back, I am now eligible for an online reporting?
Hi all! If my 90 days is due the 17th (tomorrow), and I submitted it online on the 4th but it's still pending, do I need to go to immigration in person or just wait? If it gets rejected, will I be fined for it being late if it was still pending past the deadline? Thanks!
