I thought they were encouraging everyone to do 90-day reports online? My son's and mine are due within a few days of each other and I just tried doing them both on a browser and on the phone app and got the quick message, "For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses challenges faced by expats in completing their 90-day immigration report online in Thailand. It highlights that the first report must be done in person, and subsequent reports may be manageable online, though many users have encountered issues with the online system, prompting them to visit immigration offices directly instead. Users share their experiences and frustrations with the online system's unreliability, suggesting that in-person reporting may be more straightforward.
Exactly ive been doing it for s few yesrs but the last 3-4 times i get the same crap see imβ$$tion and every time they say sometimg else. Maybe a pine needle from Alaska fell off and flew to Bangkokβs immigrations computer and farted
When you get a message like that the online system is working. When it is not working it locks up on the first page and will not let you finish to get any message. It just doesn't work.

, I've done it online and with the phone app successfully many times before. Thanks.

In the past I have tried the online route. It has never worked for me.. At some point it just becomes easier to do it in person. Now in Pattaya it is super easy and quick.
.. wasnβt the question about the online reporting system not working and not about how he can report? To answer your question I personally have know Vic for some 10 years or more and his days are so busy that online report is a huge befit, it is also safer with the current government recommendations of social distancing. To my knowledge no one has been infected with the virus or even a cold while using the App or online reporting. I hope this answer your question. Stay safe my friend. ππ

While the online system was down apparently everything for immigration was down. Many people's extensions are not recorded in the system yet so the 90 day reporting system thinks people are on overstay. So those people need to go in person.
- you are saying the system was down? I just tried it again and same message. I'll try later. The error message returns instantly on clicking "submit", way too quickly to have searched any data.
