The embassy I'm applying through (Yangon) doesn't mention a housing contract as part of the required documentation on their site. But just to be safe I'm thinking about booking a 90 day apartment stay through booking.com or similar. Has anyone had that rejected as evidence of housing contract? Plus if living outside of Thailand how to get a proper housing contract anyhow?

So the housing contract is under their name... Can that contract be used to apply for the non-O visa?

Or does the contract have to be in my name?
