Recommendations please on if it’s better to get a 12 month rental and get a cheaper rate or pay a bit higher rent per month and just go for a 6 month rental and have the freedom to move if things change ? Thanks 🙏🏼

if you stay 12 months you 'll pay a LITTLE BIT LESS per month . if you stay 6 month you'll pay a little bit more per month . first time in your life you'll have to make such a choice ????
