How long does it usually take for Ed visa to be given after being on “pending approval” status? And How would you be informed? You habe to keep checking status online in the website? Or they email you or call you?
I suspect embassies from some locations have started “the deal” with the agents in terms of visa applications, and you will not get your DTV visa by yourself. It is kind of mafia thing and some of you guys from First World countries will not understand it. There is a system taking place and I am saying this for you to pay attention on where you are applying. I just got stamped my visa now and it is until 28 May. They started counting from the date the visa is issued.
I see that most people on here have been applying for the DTV from Asian countries. I'd really like to hear about the experience of some Americans. I did see something about consulates here asking for tax returns? Can anyone tell me what they had to do to get approved while applying here? Specifics would be appreciated! Thanks
Hi, I have a work permit and visa extension. I need to renew my passport, does anyone know the procedure on how to transfer the visa from my existing passport to the new passport.
My old passport will be void as soon as I’m issued a new one.
Question: I have a US passport and want to renew it in bangkok. If my 30day visa expires while the embassy is processing my passport, will that count as overstaying? Will I get a new visa or some kind of exemption from overstay fees because it was at the embassy?
For context my passport will have less than 6 months of validity after 70ish days, so I want to renew it so I can come back after 60 days and a visa run.
I want to request a TR60 but I can't use the eVisa system because I live in Luxembourg with French Passport. The system won't let me apply. And I don't want to travel to the Embassy in Belgium (or France) because of all the crazy restrictions.
So, I found this Visa Service:
[members only]
[members only]
They prepare the documents for you and you (myself in this case) send the documents and Passport to the Thai Embassy/Consulate that they communicate to you.
[members only]
5 to 10 days later the Embassy sends back to Passport with Visa attached.
I would like to know if anyone has had experience with this company?
Does anyone see any problems here?
Has anyone had experience with this visa service?
Does someone know of other, similar services where I can avoid the Embassy trip?
Phuket Sandbox current application duration for an OA Visa? Can someone tell me how long it took him to complete all the paperwork from first start hotel reservation to full package ready to fly? I am guessing 2 months should be OK? Thank you!
Hi All, Have applied for an O-A visa online and sent all my documents and passport to the Embassy in London. After checking the online status of my visa application it now says "print sticker" . Does anyone know what this means.? Any advice would be appreciated.
