My friend travelled here from Canada on a 30 day visa exempt stamp and we just realized he's overstayed his visa. The last day of his stamp was April 4, but his flight home is on the 11th. Should we go to immigration and try to get an extension, or just wait as there's only 3 days until he flies home?
I'm looking for information on documentation and requirements for converting the 3 month Non-O spouse visa to the one year visa - I'm seeing conflicting information.
Hi, I have a one year extension of my non O visa based on marriage.
It is expiring in January 2023 but I would like to renew it next month (my wife has to be abroad for a few months). Is it possible? Thank you for your contributions.
I have a holiday booked for 18 days departing on 12th of January till 30th of January. The issue is that I am still waiting for my E Visa as I applied for it quite late.
I am Romanian citizen living in UK that means that I could apply for visa on arrival ( 15 days only ).
My questions are:
1.Can I extend my visa on arrival at the Office of Immigration Bureau in Bangkok without any urgent/medical reason?
2. Do I have to change my return flight before travelling in order to fit into the 15 days visa upon arrival?
I arrive from UK on a 60 day toursit visa soon and I wish to extend for the 30 days extension. My question is at what point do you extend the visa can you do it any time in the first 60 days you are there or is there a deadline ... Cheers
Anyone recently been successful getting an online 60 day tourist visa, from UK Thai Embassy.
I was going ok filling the details, until I reached supporting documents requirement, there 11 in total.
Including, Travel booking confirm, picture of me holding my passport photo page, travel record for past 12 month, Proof of Thai house and Thai ID picture of owner (partner). and more.
Never had this before at the consulates, for a tourist visa.
I thought it would be easier applying for a 60 day and getting a 30 day extension over there, not the case.
Any advice much appreciated.
One more question, what is a declaration that has to be uploaded, the third item on the list.
