ORIGINAL POSTER
I want to apply for a Digital Nomad DTV Visa on 26th February at the Vientiane Embassy in Laos. My occupation is Business Owner, so I would like to know which documents I need to provide. I’ve noticed in this group that the embassy sometimes asks for additional documents, like a contract agreement or a work contract (B2B). Could you kindly clarify?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a Digital Nomad DTV Visa at the Vientiane Embassy in Laos, you should prepare several key documents, including a contract or work agreement, your official business registration, and an employment contract if applicable. Some applicants have noted that it's beneficial to write a letter to the embassy explaining your business and online work situation. Be prepared for an interview, as the embassy may also want to verify your online banking and salary details.

I uploaded my official business registration sheet and an employment contract from my business to myself. Wrote a letter to the embassy to explain that this is my business, where my clients are located and that I can work online.

Got invited for an interview to the embassy in Vientiane where there ask some more questions and want to check my online banking and scrolled to my last salary.

All in all pretty smooth if you fit the requirements.

Contract/work agreement is part of the compulsory documentation and should be submitted first. Failure to do so will likely get a request for additional documents from the embassy. There are loads of posts detailing what to submit for Laos which will help you.
