TLDR : Answer Summary
The necessary documents for applying for a DTV Visa (Digital Nomad Visa) in Thailand vary by embassy but typically include a passport copy, application form, financial statements (with a balance of at least 500,000 Baht), proof of employment or digital nomad status, and various supporting documents such as contracts and letters of recommendation. It's advised to check the specific requirements of the Thai embassy in your country prior to applying.
Since you obviously already know in your situation the correct visa for you is the DTV visa, it would not be hard to find out what documents you need.

Go to the website of the Thai embassy you want to apply at, since it differs from embassy to embassy.
Best to apply at the Thai embassy in your home country.

You’re being lazy. It’s everywhere online and on all embassy websites. It depends on where you’re applying to. Go find out and ask a question that can actually be answered. 🫨

This is the generic infographic that every consulate/embassy has on their website. It's not detailed enough to know what documents to submit without asking them. SOME embassies won't tell you what they need. They'll reply to emails with links to their website showing this very infographic.
For example, the Laos based consulates won't tell you they need 3 months worth of min 500K parked in your account. You'll find this out by wasting your time applying and getting rejected or lucky for us, by reading trip reports from applicants on here.
I booked an appointment for Vientiane but since this can't be canceled i'll simply ignore it because I'd need to wait another 2 months to apply given the funds in my account won't have been parked there for as long as Vientiane requires.
Therefore, I'll be going to another consulate in a different country where they aren't as strict on this, since I can't wait until November or December to apply in Vientiane (as much as I'd love to go there, but I go to Laos all the time on business and for pleasure anyway).
