Morning! Need a suggestion. For the moment I have non-b visa and work at the school, will finish contract in 2 month and of course need to leave Thailand. My passport is full, so I've got new one. The question is: Can I leave the country with old passport and enter Penang with clean passport? Will they stamp it if don't see the stamp from Thai boarder? Airport, not land

then (as I surmised) you have an EXTENSION OF STAY not a visa :O

You need to take BOTH passports to the immigration office and transfer your stamps.

AND remember, just leaving on the date the work permit and extension expire does NOT officially cancel either of them SO if you ever intend to work here again you need to go cancel your work permit at the ministry of Labour and your extension of stay at thai immigrations BEFORE you leave the country

Yes, you need to transfer the stamps and cancel the WP. Keep the letter or they may refuse you to leave at a border.

This is an extension of stay stamp :O There is NO Non-B visa where you just do 90 day reports, you are on an extension of stay.

I just need to do 90days reports at the local immigration. But my WP expired on 31 march, my visa as well, so I will leave at the same day

The old passport is invalid as soon as you get a new one. Did you transfer the Visa stamps to the new one?

I have had people stamp out of thailand, fly to KL and present a new passport to stamp in on without any issue Although that was switching passports of two different countries.
