I would not recommend this option if you are applying in the US

I messaged the NY consulate about this bc it also will auto fill and include the city and country into "City of Birth". For me, it was 'New York USA'. I messaged them and deleted USA as the previous question asks country of birth and got confirmation that it was correct.

My guess is other nationalities include cities but ours just includes states. The application and passport information need to match in the system so don't include city of birth if it is not included in your passport

the nearest one to you would probably be Patong. I would rather go with a gym that knows what they're doing and has experience handling the visa to not complicate things.

I've also been looking in Phuket and there are options in Rawai, Karon, Kathu and Patong. They're sprinkled in various comments so I think first it's important to know where you're located as you probably want to go with the place that is closest to you
