If you report a TM30 on arrival they obviously know where you live?

I went with a friend last week and an agent, new rules at Bangkok bank, needed his country social/national insurance number, SIM card setup as must load app and also take insurance out for 1 year, total fee was 5000 baht including ATM card

You have a non-O visa, stop is valid for 3 months, so not for one year, this is the problem.

and most certainly they need a certificate of residence from immigration so need a permanent address, you have a TM30 already?

money is king! In 30 years if travelling here I never been left in the middle of nowhere.

So you have a minivan to the entrance, message and ask them how much to your hotel or can they call someone.

Alternatively contact the hotel and ask if a driver can collect you. Walking maybe an option if you are dropped nearby?

the OP is asking about a visa for 3 to 6 month visit
Sylvia ********
@Phil *****
that's a 5 year visa to come as a digital nomad worker or on medical grounds, go to boxing or cookery classes, not for a holiday

yes I would agree on this, Layer office etc certainly can process anything but have high overheads and many staff. My agent has no office, works from home but even collect you with her car or pay the taxi to meet up, that one to one service for me is the best
