If the company and job description is not on your work permit it's illegal. Don't be misled by the misunderstanding a few years back.

It's not really anything to do with your visa.

But as above the existing companyl will have to agree to it being added.

It's really about your work permit, not your visa.

You can't get a reentry permit as you don't have a visa.

You'll get another 60 days,although there are reports that people are getting refused a second one. Of course we don't know if they are telling us the full story.

Yep company needs to supply paperwork gor a non-b outside the country and then for a work permit and then for a visa extension in the country. If they don't, walk away.

Work permits are done at the labour department /job centre in your town. You're passport maybe there or sent off to another office for approval.

You can stay until the end of a visa, but if it was an extension it should be cancelled.
