I just did same day border bounce to Cambodia last week on my own (Using Multi entry Tourist visa). 1500 baht for Cambodian visa then another 500 baht for same day return.

Thanks. Yes, an immediate out and in would mean applying for the Thai pass whilst in Thailand (not sure if this is allowed)or leaving the country and applying in Cambodia.
