Blocked twice on line trying to send money to a bank account in my name from uk to a bank account in my name in Thailand whilst I was there told limit was 10 thousand per day

i found this out when I was over in January tried to send 20 grand bank blocked my account said I was sending to much thought I was being scammed etc then told me I could only send 10

maybe depends on bank rbs only allows 10 grand each day

U r only allowed to send £ each day

thanks did all that but same result each time as i said gave up am moving hopefully end of year as I think I have all that they require from me ie house cash plus monthly income and most of all a Thai wife from 11 years ago both of us still working me in uk wife in Europe

It's all called red tape if they don't want anyone in then you've no chance I've tried a few times to get my Thai wife here only to be refused on the grounds that her English is not up to the required British standard?????? WHAT. So we have gave up and I'm moving to Thailand house etc all ready just to go to Thai immigration with all that I need
