if you work for a company, you can somehow get it. Individual applications is impossible unless you deposit a guarantee amount.

If you have year long visa for retirement, marriage and work, you can apply but they ask you to deposit money and they lock that amount and keep it as a gurantee and money you deposit is your credit card limit.

Count 90 days after your last entry and that is the date of your 90 day report.

Online reporting system is a hit and miss. Go to the immigration and they sort you out. 90 day report is not a permission to stay.

regarding the 3rd option, let s say you went with that option and got a non o. what about the following year if you didnt earn 40 000 or dont have a work permit? Do you need to show 400 000 thb?
