Yes happened to me, did the fingerprints she stamped my passport. Then putting all our hand luggage through the scanner then I got tapped on the shoulder, the officer said can you come with me. I said to my husband we need to go with him, he said no just you, said your fingerprints don't match. He took me back to the booth made a guy who was being processed stand back and everyone in the queue was looking at me. I was tested again and all ok. He was all smiles and me to but couldn't understand why she let me go through...Been back since no problem

We just said holiday. Not sure if you've seen this if not it may help when gathering your information together...

The lady showed us the screen and said the computer won't let me override it. So we had to leave the queue and quickly book a flight to Kuala Lumpur.

Last year at Madrid Airport we were denied boarding. That was with Lufthansa
