exactly just assumptions. There are also many news reports celebrating the success of the visa and the intent to promote it more. They could also be very happy to just have more people in country spending money. On that basis I could assume they won't do anything to the current requirements

Your DTV is attached to the passport you applied with until that passport is finished and you have a new passport.

Anonymous participant 345 seminars are allowed for the DTV. If an entrepreneur sets one up that is acceptable to a number of embassies then good for them. The DTV will not get cancelled on the basis of this. Personally believe they will not change any of the requirements.
