750 a month will just be VERY basic emergency care in case of an accident and you only needing outpatient treatment. there will be a max payout for each month/quarter/year so check the policy or check with your employer as they gave it to you right?

If you are running into brick walls, get your wife to type out a one page rental agreement and both sign it. Copy her blue book and ID card and that's it.
