Please see 18.5 Thai child and 18.6 marriage from the Thai immigration website here. I have the Thai child visa and confirm money only needs to be in on day of application 👍

that's only for retirement, the rest you don't need to keep a balance 👍

nope marriage requires it to be in there for 60 days prior to application and Thai child on day of application only. The rest of the time it's up to you what you do with it 👍

There are various non O's. The only one that requires you to keep money in the account is the retirement one 👍

How can I obtain a re-entry permit in Thailand if my landlord is registering me online?

Nick your ladylady is right she can just log in and register you online. Ask her for a screenshot of it and staple it into your passport. You can then get your re-entry permit at the airport in Phuket when you leave or if you want you can take the screenshot to immigration in Phuket town and get the re-entry permit there
