I have a bank account in K Bank since 1997. Since I haven’t been since 2019 and my card has since expired would they agree to renew my account even if I am no longer resident?

twice I overstayed for a period of one day and two days, but they let me go without paying for the fine. I offered to pay and they said it’s not an issue. I am sure if one overstays 2+ days then the fine would be applied.

What should I do if Bangkok Bank requests a passport certification letter from the US Embassy to open my account with a Non-O visa?

I have an account with K Bank and it is active. However I have dual citizenship and my passports first name differ slightly. If I enter Thailand with the slightly different first name spelt passport, would that mean that I wouldn’t be able to access my account since my originally spelt name passport does not have the entry stamp in it??
