Not being given at Southern land borders yet, the decree still hasn’t been announced in the Royal Gazette.

Why did I only receive a 30-day visa exemption instead of the expected 60 days upon my arrival in Thailand?

Nothing is law until it is published in the Royal Gazette, these proposals haven’t yet despite the government claiming they would come into effect 1st June. The big man hasn’t spoken.

What should I do if my Thai girlfriend's tourist visa application to the U.S. is denied?

Unfortunately too many Thai’s work illegally & or disappear into the ether, she needs very strong ties to return to Thailand, job, kids, property/rent/mortgage, loans to be paid etc. if she’s got more reasons NOT to return you’ll always be denied.
