the possibility could be that you have stayed 200 plus days out of 365 days (There are immigration start counting from your first entry stamp and not Jan 1).

And almost all immigration offices in the world will flag a tourist who stays more than 180 days.

yes, you are correct.

That’s the most impt thing to me in buying insurance - to not pay out of pocket the big hospital costs like accidents and emergency services. Last thing I want is a disputed huge hospital bill after I have paid.

only used the AXA Sawadee Traveler. The main reason I use AXA in Thailand is that for major accidents, the hospital bill AXA directly. So nothing out of pocket. Downside is it’s only 30 or 60 days.

For outpatient - one has to go through the process of claiming etc. hope this helps

the frequency in Thailand is 50 hertz - I’m not sure what it is in the US and if it will affect the quality of the TV images if they are different

curious too if anyone knows if I changed my flight to Mar 15 and apply Thai pass today, am I cutting it too tight - does emailing them helps?
