Afternoon all, My visa runs out boxing day is there still a amnesty running. I thought I'd heard it was until January 15?

Hi, everyone! First I would like to thanks for all the times you have helped me here before.

Today I have a new question about 90 days report.

This is my situation: I used to have Ed visa until May,​ when it expired. Then pass to amnesty, got married, get a 60 days extension based on visiting family. And finally, today, I just have got the one year extension based on marriage.

Due to the amnesty, I couldn't do 90 days report since amnesty started for me (it wasn't possible nor required for not having valid visa, according it was said to me at immigration).

Now, I wonder when I have to do my 90 days report? Right now or in the next 3 month? And where do I have to go to do it?

Went to CW this morning to close the loop of my under consideration stamp. My new stamp permit is until 29 Jan 2021.

I arrived in Thailand on a non-b visa that expired on 13 May. I've been in an amnesty then apply for an extension until 30 Nov.

Went to get year completion stamp for my non o .

People given form to sign and allowed to get visa to 31st October 2021 if they wanted . Maybe they’re just trying to help with backlogs in the future .

My current visa is a non o volunteer that expires in 10/10/2020

I have done it at the end of last amentsy because i wasnt sure if will extend or not

So in july i made it for 3 months

Do i need to go to immigration to stamp for until 31/10 or i stay like this

And apply a new visa before the 31 of october?

Also can i apply for extension if have for until 30 november ?

I was wondering, if you paid for a visa extension and got a stamp till Oct 11th, but amnesty just passed till the 31st of Oct, do you still have to go back to immigration and get a stamp if you plan to leave at the end of the month?

has anyone one entered in tourist visa before the amnesty and managed to extend for 60 day visiting family

just want to know if I leave after amnesty period probably with 6 days of overstay will it become a big issue at the airport and paying the overstay fine. anyone foresee any major issues ? thanks

Hi All, I’m on the amnesty now and I consider to get the letter from uk embassy and obtain 30 days extension on my 30 days tourist visa(on airport stamp). Could I do the transition to different kind of visa or extend it further with another letter?

So just to ask, my Non Imm B valid til March 2021, need to leave for personal reasons but have a letter from US embassy, if I get an extension stamp based on that, will it refresh the status “stamp” so I can renew my wp expiring Nov 15th prior to leaving (say I take the extra days to do it since they are relaxing the 30- day rules) normally I’m a 90-day bouncer, too hard for year extension at the moment.
