TM30.... I am a condo owner in Pattaya, I have done the TM30 at Jomtien immigration when i moved in last year.
Now I am travelling in Europe. I will be back in Pattaya in october, and will be living at the same address.
I have 2 TM30 questions:
1. Do I need to make a new one in the 24 hours following my arrival?
1. If I start an online registration the day of my arrival do i risk a fine if the TM30 is not approved in less than 24h? I can't do it now as I don't have the condo documents with me.
I really want to avoid a visit to jomtien immigration when i come back if possible. Thanks for your advices.

TM30 question: We own our condo & are responsible for TM30 updates. When a member of the family leaves Thailand for a trip, do we sign them out when they leave? And then back in again when they return? (I'm asking because when we were renting, our landlord would have had no idea that we had left for, say, a week, and then returned, so would not have updated.) Thanks for any advice!
