Jast got my first yearly extension on my Non O marriage visa today did the paper work early December they put in passport come back 28th January immigration phoned yesterday to say all done and come in any time to get the stamp. I'm 10mins from them so went in this morning out in 15mins the whole thing from start to finish was just so easy I'm in Roi Et. Ps thanks Tod for some help earlier.
Went into Roi Et Immigration yesterday for my first 1year extension on O visa based on marriage. Was thinking it might a bit difficult reading some reports but very very easy and fast about 1hr.45 . My passport with photocopies of all pages with stamps in and front page 2 passport size photos of me wife's ID and house book photos off us outside and 2 inside house and map from immigration to home from goggle TM7 that i printed at home and filled out I have a photocopier did it all at home .Then up datetd marriage certificate in and out 8mins then3 months bank statements and letter update bank book 20mins then to immigration got under consideration stamp go back 28 January but not difficult at all and very helpful.
Just a heads up, after going through paperwork etc and PHOTOS taken from the house for retirement visa, that was part one for prosses leading to 3 month visa application, this is part 2, immigration visit your dwelling to confirm your photos AND require 3 people to be there to sign a declaration saying that Yes you do live there, this is a new procedure when you're applying for a 3 month plus retirement visa,
