I have a one year lease paperwork from my landlord. I need to get a 30 day extension on my 60 day tourist visa.

Do I also need a tm30 or resident certificate to get the extension or is the lease sufficient. Thanks

Just went all the way to division 1,BKK for resident certificate. They say they can only do it for 1 year visa. Im only on 30day visa exempt but want to buy a motorbike. UK embassy wont give me a res cert either. Where can I go to get one?

I hope to arrive in HH on April 9th. The one thing I did not consider Song Kran. I was going to take the week to arrange a bank account and visit Immigration. I know the festival officially is 3 days but, when i lived in HH 5 years ago it seemed to last longer than 3 days. So I have about 800,000 in a Thai bank ,Unsure what visa I need to get so I can buy a vehicle.
