UPDATE: I got the answer I needed, so thank you all!

Hello everyone. Thanks to all of you who share so much great advice.

My question is that I’m trying to download my TM30 that the landlord filled out for us at our apartment last week. I created an account on the Thai immigration site, but I keep going in circles on the site. Can anyone please give me step by step instructions to find my TM30 online so I can print it out to take to immigration to apply for my one year renewal of Non-O visa? I did take a screenshot of the landlord’s computer showing it was completed.

Thank you so much 😊

On renewal of EofS Marriage seasoned money is it 90 days or three calendar months? Counting from the date it was deposited for the requirement. Just confusion when chatting with Someone about wording as 90 Day reporting (TM47) EofS mentions 3 months seasoned. I said count 90 days from when first deposited to the requirement. It’s nice to be clear but as with Thai immigration I dare say it isn’t clear.

Hi my Husband & I are currently in Vietnam after using up our 60 day visa, we are going to apply for the DTV 5 year visa. How long do we have to wait before applying given that we have only left Thailand for 3 weeks now, is it still 30-60 days before we can apply or because it’s the DTV can we apply online straight away? Many thanks 🙏

Hi, I'm due to report 90 day on 19 February in person at Hua Hin Immigration.

I fly to Australia/New Zealand on 13 February until 28 February.

Should I report early, say 11 February?

Or not at all?

I'm on multi entry OA visa.

Cheers in advance.

I can’t find much information about the renewal process of the DTV Visa.

From what I understand, you don’t have to leave Thailand after your first 180days (you can renew it at the immigration office)

But do we need to go out the country every 180 days after the 1st renewal?

Thank you

Hi all. How often can you do a 60day (+30 day for a total of 90 days) per calendar year? And do you have to fly out or is a border run ok?

I found the process an absolute doddle and had my DTV processed quickly. I'm not seeing much in the way of what people are doing regarding Thai tax laws, however. Are people just getting their 180 day stamp each time they enter and not worrying about it? Or are most people residing elsewhere for part of the year too?

Just intrigued to know how people are navigating this.

Good luck to all applying 🙌🏽

I went to the Immigration office in Cha-am to apply for non-O ret extension a couple of days ago.

I had all the papers needed,,,,but,,,,yes,,,its a BUT,,😁

I had the paper from the Norwegians emdassy for proof of income,,,,but the lady told me that since it is the first time applying fir this, they also want that same paper from the Thai consulate in BKK.

As time is about to be an issue and I can not go to BKK,,,She told me that if I pay 2000thb extra,,,they will give me the stamp and fix the paper for me after,,,,

I never heard about needing this document from both places,,,,,so maybe it is valid information for others to notice 👍
