In thailand now and need to apply for education visa. I know I need to reenter the county to begin the visa. But can i APPLY online using a vpn from within thailand? Anyone try this?
I spent 4 months in Thailand (visa exempt 30+30 extension x2), then had to go back to Europe. While in Europe, I applied for Multi Entry Tourist Visa. I had my flight to Thailand already booked, as stated in my visa application. The processing ended 1 day after I arrived in Thailand. So, I entered with another visa exempt, although I have a Tourist Visa fully approved now.
Should I go to immigration office to inform them I have a Tourist Visa to change status? Or should I just stay in Thailand with visa exempt, then fly out and re-enter enter using my new tourist visa?
Sorry to bother you again, but I again can’t find the information online. I’m filling out my first TM47 online, it is asking for arrival date in Thailand, which was Feb 17th but I got an extension of stay inside Thailand when I switched from tourist to O visa extension on May 11th. Do I write my arrival date to Thailand as February then or May, as February looks like I’ve been here way past my 90 days already, I’m not sure what to do. Thank you.
Hi everyone .i have question regarding visa status .

Hello All. On 14 October, I applied for LTR-Pensioner Visa from my home in USA. On 23 November,BOI contacted me asking for most recent Income Tax Return. I provided documents and was then told all appropriate paperwork and documents were in order and application was now being forwarded to supervisor for review. My status on their website still showed pending until today, 10 December, and now reads, "Consideration by Government Agencies". So for those in the know and/or have completed the entire process, can you help me understand this new Status? As a side note I arrived in Bangkok yesterday, 9 December on 45 Day Tourist Exempt Stamp. I orginially had a 60 EVisa from LA Thai Consulate but cancelled it on arrival at BKK as the woman at BOI said I could not have 2 Active Visas on my passport at the same time if my intention was to complete the process at One Stop Service Center. No issues with IO on arrival, she canceled and gave 45 day stamp. Hoping for answer to the status change. Thank you all in advance.
What happens if you get approved for the STV (evisa) after you've arrived on visa exempt? Just got the email and already got stamped in with 30 days. Does my STV 90day automatically cancel or does it mean that I have 90 days as opposed to the 30 I got stamped in with? Many thanks!
Good afternoon. I need clarification on three points. I arrived in Thailand tourist visa changed to Non-B then to Non-BE My current employment contract finishes January 14 2022. First, is it possible to change this extension to 'retirement' within Thailand or must I depart and return. Second, when I cancel the visa can I apply for a seven day extension to finalize my leaving preparation. Three, travel to Australia (home country) is still up in the air. If I travel to another country how long must I stay there to validate the requirements for a Thai Cert of Entry under present conditions. Regards, John.
