Hi, just need some advice I am staying in Thailand on a type 0 non immigration 90 day visa as I’m visiting my Thai husband. What are my options after the 90 days are up? Can I extend it at my local immigration office for another 90 days? Or will I have to leave the country and re enter on another visa?

Thanks for any advice 🙏🏼

Hello everyone! I need your advice, please. My husband is quitting his job and his extension based on employment will be expiring on the 31st of December. Do you think it is possible to apply for a NON-O visa based on our marriage (or get a new extension of stay based on our marriage) without leaving Thailand? Or any other suggestions at all?

(Originally, we planned to go back to the UK and obtain a NON-O based on our marriage from there, but since the UK and lots more countries are tightening their borders now, we are in limbo and afraid that travel rules will suddenly change again, and we might not be able to come back to Thailand in time or we may end up quarantining in the hotel again).

Any advice would be much appreciate. Thanks!

Plan to come in 30 day visa exempt from Australia in November and then 15 days before it expires apply for an Non O spouse visa being married to a Thai national.

Can someone please confirm I don’t need to have had 400,000 Baht in my Thai bank account for 2 months prior to applying for the Non O 90 day visa?

I know I need 400,000 in 2 months prior to applying for the year extension on the Non O visa.

Hi Guys,

Scottish guy here, I married a Thai national back in June of this year. I'm going back to Thailand 26th December what is my best option in regards to visa? I was going to apply in Scotland for my Tourist Visa then once in Thailand apply for a Non O Visa. Is this the best option as advised to me previously? I was told that less paperwork was asked for at the IO in Thailand compared to the Uk. Also I want to bring my wife back to the UK after our holiday in Turkey does anyone know how long it takes to get a tourist visa for the UK. She is pregnant at the moment but our child will be born by this time.

Many Thanks In Advance
