Hai nice to meet you all. I am bosco from Sri Lanka. Looking to do a small business in Thailand and living there. So what kind of Visa is suitable and how much will be the cost for that. If I buy one business in Thailand how can I get work permit there? Please advice me. Thankyou
Any suggestions or insight on finding thai staff, and meeting the 4 staff social security requirement for WP?
If I hired one full time staff, is it strange or common to ask them if they know three others who would like to receive social security? Is this something a thai (say an elder or young person) would be up for?
Are there any cultural considerations when doing this (does it make someone look bad, seen as a dishonest, etc)? or is it something someone's granny etc would be happy to receive?
Hello! I have a question. I friend of mine got offered a part time teaching job but they said will give ed visa instead idk why. Is it that legal? I have understood is illegal.
Work permits .. Is the new law, (published Nov 2018) in place re: Transfer of your work permit to ANY employer (or even job type), and/ or any district / town without voiding the permit, or having to obtain a new one? Apparently, the only requirement is that you inform the Departement of labour, and obviously only for job tipes that we are allowed to perform.
