Is this for real ? Starting December 24, US tourists needs authorization to visit Thailand?

Hi Everyone. Thanks for the helpful info here.

Just wondering about entering on the 30 days visa exempt at airports... I came across this info in the pic regarding number of entries by air.

I've had 3 entries in the last 6 months (two for short holidays of a 1-week period each) and one business trip for 3 days.

My company's regional head office is in BKK, and I have 2 business trips planned there in the next 3 months (2 days and 1 day respectively). I was thinking of taking another short vacay (one week) again in April, so potentially 3 more entries in the next 6 months.

Do I have anything to worry about because of the 3 entry limit in 6 months, or because all my trips have been quite short, they won't make a big fuss or deny me entry?

Hi all, I am looking at setting up a travel company in the UK that offers tour packages within Thailand. I would like to send an English tour manager out there with the trip. Is their a Visa option for this? Technically speaking would this be classed as working in Thailand? They will be only supervising and be there for any issues. There will be Thai tour guides in charge of the trips. Please only reply if you have the knowledge and correct answers. Thanks.
