ETA is for visa-exempt entries which has a 300 baht tax attached. It's been delayed whilst this TM6 is reintroduced

No one has information about how to do this as yet. Probably will be released on the 30.4.25 Maybe earlier. Keep an eye on these forums to catch the latest updates.

Simple answer... YES

The TM6 is required by ALL foreigner's who seek to enter Thailand. By air, land or sea.

It has no relationship with any Thai Visa which you may have, or any reentry permit in your passport.

It's mandatory for ALL who seek to enter Thailand.
