TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster (O/P) is concerned about applying for a visa to Thailand after facing three rejections and having dealt with fraudulent visa stamps in their old passport, which they have since replaced. The comments discuss the implications of their extensive travel history and the chances of their application being impacted by past issues. While some suggest applying for a visa directly or consulting with the Thai embassy, there is a general consensus that the O/P's previous experiences may raise red flags for Thai immigration officials.
If you can afford to travel that much why not just get the elite visa, problem solved

Elite visa is $3000 a year, if you break it down. For someone of means, that's not a lot of money to remove all hassles. You want no hassles at all? Elite visa.
I think you already aware that all Indian Passport holders get visa through VFS Global and from India only. So get papers ready as per guidelines on this site here -

In case you are not in New Delhi then you can check VFS site for their other visa offices in other cities.

The process at VFS office in new Delhi is seamless. Just show up with papers and submit them, they will verify if all in place and even consult you and advice you if any paper is short. You actually do not need any agent for getting visa for thailand if you use VFS directly as they are the biggest government authorized agents for visa of most countries. Go the right way and you will surely get a legit visa.

Its Thai Immigration who wont understand. You may impress the girls but you have raised red flags for the thai authorities. They wont see the humour
Tony ********
plus the fact that you have written on your facebook profile that you live in Bangkok! they certainly dont like to see a tourist saying that!!
Tony ********
doesnt matter, they may think you have. if someone enters a country 150 times in 7 years, the first thing they will think is "smuggler!!"./

Guys, before you judge read please. He came to Thailand many times, he got rejected visa because just back from Thailand and a nearly full passport. He went to other agency and the gave him fake Non B Visa stamps which he never ever used to entry Thailand. Now new passport, so when he has a legit official Visa he can come to Thailand without problems.
But we understand the situation from thai immigrations point of view

ORIGINAL POSTER
Thanks but no one is really trying to understand the situation rather then comments

He can only try

Looks like a fishing post. Delete it.

Lol ok.

No I meant fishing. As in looking for spurious advice. At which point the Thais shut down the group. Which they have been doing a lot recently
, I have ALREADY told you, that I don't have the answer. But I am not the one saying, that because I don't have the answer, then there is no answer. And as said; "give it a try"... that "advice" can be used for ALL visa related questions here...
, "no comment". You have already made several, none of them useful to his question. Actually, you have only done the opposite. Why do you guys automatically think that HE has done anything wrong, other than maybe being to credulous towards a Visa agent...
Nicholas *******
Back to your question. If you intend to fly to Thailand I would suggest you apply for a visa first. End of chat
Nicholas *******
So why the fake stamps. And I am not. It is on the back of your own statement.
not really , i m saying from 2008 till 2015 its around 150 trips i used to travel hongkong n china from there i used to come thailand
Tony ********
obviously they felt you were not a tourist!thats more than once a month and a tourist visa lasts 2 months!!

Tony ********
why were you rejected three times??
David **********
Who put fake stamps in your passport?
Harrshh **********
ORIGINAL POSTER
Tom Smith becoz that was stamp visa and from india its been stop long time back and same stamp was on 2 pages which is next to impossible
I hope they have your name in a database. People who make fake stamps in their passport and using fraud to stay inside Thailand, should you trust them if they like to visit again?
maybe he failled 3 times then because of that went to agent and got cold feet about using fraud stamp? How did he know if it was a fraud stamp if he never tried to use it? :-)
I repeat: If you never traveled using the fake stamp and got arrested for it. Get a real visa now, not using the agents but the official route trough the Embassy and you can come to Thailand.
, maybe join the FB-group "Thai visa advice" and ask there. There are some Visa expert there. Good luck!
Alan *******
Robert, you start off by indicating that he himself have done the fraud! Don't you have the fantasy to think, that maybe he had an agency take care of his visa and THEY did the fraud. Have you ever heard about the benefit of the doubt!

Guys calm down , i need a solution not a fight , thanks
He was denied a visa 3 times, than handed over his passport to someone and got a fake visa stamp by fraud. He did not mention in the beginning he used it or not, If used he will be noticed by Immigration, but later he mention I never ever used the fake stamps. Yes, I agree I should have asked before if he used the fake visa stamps and got arrested for it.
, don't you think that he was under the impression that he was getting a REAL visa the first time. Why do you have to start this thread off by insinuating things. I simply don't get what people like you gain from that...
