We're currently in an apartment where the landlord submitted a TM30 (we have the stamped stub).

We are moving to a new apartment with a different landlord on Monday.

Do we complete a TM30 and take to immigration or should it be the landlord to do this?

In Chiang Mai, do I need to report change of address to immigration and if so, is it at the airport or at Promenade? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving to a new apartment in Chiang Mai, it is necessary to complete a TM30 form regarding the new address. Although the landlord is primarily responsible for filing the TM30, you also need to file a TM28 form to report the change of address. This must be done at the Promenada, not at the airport.

you (or your landlord) would file a new TM.30 and you would file the change of address form TM.28 .

You do it at the Promenada

, sadly that guy's dead :/ but he did have a good website (y)

but I do believe you can file a TM.30 at the airport but I think you can only do a change of address at Promenada

I will check but for info, this site shows no longer Promenada.

Of course it may have changes 10 times since a year ago!

Thanks Tod.

From what I have read and understand the landlord is completely responsible for the TM30 not the occupants
