TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about potential issues at immigration after missing the online submission for their 90-day report, which was due on January 22nd, while planning to leave Thailand on February 6th. The community responses suggest that while there are unlikely to be immediate problems upon departure, missing the report could result in fines or complications with future immigration activities. It's noted that the online reporting system has time restrictions, and in-person reporting may be required in some cases.
I am aware of the difference the question was not clear however if a missed overstay you will be fined and a big red stamp will be in your passport this will attract much unwanted attention as you enter and leave Thailand

Has to be done in person first time, and on DTV there will never be a second time, because you have to start a new visa period latest at day 180.
So on DTV always do it in person.

If your 90 d report was due on 22nd Jan and you tried to do it online on that day, then it was rejected because too late for online reporting there is a period time given: between 15 to 7 days before due day. You can‘t do it online on the last day.
I had one rejected and was told if I submit it online within 7 days of expiry date I have to attend immigration in person. I set an alarm 2 weeks before now and no online rejection since!
