I have a non-immigrant B visa. I entered on it in January and was supposed to do my first 90-day report in April. I tried to do it online but it was rejected and I was told I had to go in-person for the first one. I never did it lol. It's now June 4 and I just found out my visa will be cancelled by July 3 (for unrelated reasons). At this point do I still need to do my 90 day visa report in person and pay the fee if I will be leaving in a few weeks anwyay? My friend said she didn't do the 90-day report and left Thailand without issue. Thougths on this?

They don’t check whether you’ve done a 90 day report when leaving Thailand, so if you aren’t coming back then there will be no issue.

However if you are returning and at some point need to file a new 90 day report an eagle eyed officer may notice you failed to file a previous one and fine you for it.

It’s not a major issue, just a 2,000 baht fine.
