Test and go for Thais? My exwife is trying to make plans to return to CM, it is my understanding Thai pass required but no insurance requirements? She's currently in the UK and it's quite possible she'll be positive on a PCR test but not LFT. Anyone have any experience of Thais testing positive on arrival? Are they liable for 10days quarantine hospital fees? Thanks

She needs to get Covid recovery certificate before she flies. And yes needs Thai pass but not insurance

I suspect she will have had covid, same time as myself nearly 4 weeks ago, nothing recorded / no certificate

They need everything except insurance, yes.

There's nothing special about Thais if they test positive on arrival. But they can tell the hospital they have SSO and likely get out of having to pay anything for their isolation. But it's difficult to say because social security may not pay for a hotel or hospitel.

That's as I thought, just trying to get some clarity as to whether she'd have to pay for a hospital stay, money she hasn't got.

Recovery cert is not an option, she's never been tested.
