TLDR : Answer Summary
The CCSA meeting led by the PM confirmed that the Test & Go program remains in place, with the insurance requirement staying at $20,000. Quarantine for unvaccinated travelers may be shortened to 5 days, and pre-departure RT-PCR testing could be eliminated. The full reopening of Thailand is planned for the next 3-4 months, depending on circumstances. Travelers are advised to utilize Instant Confirmation hotels for a smoother booking and approval process.
I have to do a trip from Bangkok to Cambodia 30th March to 2nd April. Will arrive in Bangkok April 2nd. How many days before arriving in Bangkok from Cambodia do I need to book and pay for the Test and Go package?

You will need the Thailand Pass. It usually takes up to 7 days to obtain and suggest you ask your Thailand Pass questions here...
Eddie Jarvis This is the way it's always happened. The CSSA make the rule changes which don't become law until they get published in the Royal Gazette. It's not speculation or predictions, it's the process.
these meetings are always proposals. Nothing is official until published in the Royal Gazette and that's usually 1-2 days before it would take effect. So expect to see the final official rules March 30-31.
