The DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) application cannot be completed while in Thailand. Applicants must apply from outside the country, typically through the embassy of Thailand in another country. As of January 1, 2025, foreign nationals can apply for a Thai E-VISA from anywhere globally, but not from within Thailand.
