TLDR : Answer Summary
A 25-year-old man seeking health insurance for a six-month stay in Thailand and travel to Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines can consider several options. Recommendations from the community include Genki, AXA, and Allianz, as well as advice to avoid Luma and SafetyWing. Other users suggest consulting with experienced brokers or dedicated health insurance advisors, such as those at Tenzing Pacific Services, to find suitable plans.

If you are only staying 6 months of the year better to go with one of the nomad type international companies, I would say Genki fits what you are looking for.

I would highly recommend talking to the team of health insurance advisors at Tenzing Pacific Services , they are the leading health insurance experts in SE Asia
5 reviews, two of them seem to be from clueless individuals, one of which wasn't happy that the insurance company didn't have direct billing with the hospital they went to - not a major issue as its pretty standard for most insurance companies.
