Aplogies if this is already been discussed, I am just trying to obtain recent information. From my understanding there is currently no limit on land border crossings? I only ask as I will be undergoing medical treatment in malaysia and will need to do roughly 5 visits over a the course of 3 months. I'm currently on visa exempt 60 days

There is no limit written into the law, but that doesn't mean you can use it for an unlimited number of times. If the immigration officers think you are abusing the free tourist entries, they will question you and potentially deny you entrance.
