Can I use my old TM30 account to report my address change when moving to Saraburi?

A question about TM30.

At present, in Bangkok, my partner has a TM30 logon and when necessary I complete my TM30 needs on the immigration intranet with her login. 

We're moving to Saraburi province and after notifying Saraburi of my new address, TM28, I guess, can I with the old TM30 login and password,  report my status by changing the address and province details as a user or does Saraburi need to give me a new login, if permitted?

Saraburi immigration is a fair old drive away so trying to do some online research at the moment.

nope, you would make a totally NEW account in the online TM30 program because it's address specific and there is no way to change an address in the system.

Saraburi doesn't do anything with the online system, that's all handled centrally (although they can access it). I'd just go in and apply for a new user name and password with the new address and documentation

I tried their app, but registration is not possible. It finished while searching for the nationality. Online I couldn’t find a way to do the registration. Maybe somebody can send me a link. I would appreciate it 😉
