Ask the flight company via email about flying using your work permit. If they say that it is ok, then print it and take it with you when you fly.

Actually by law all foreigners are required to carry their passports on them everywhere you go in Thailand

Passport is what permit you to fly internationally and working permit/visa is what will allow you entry to the designated country! The two must go together except for obvious reasons.

Call the airline you are flying with and check with them. I guess Sutatani is Suratthani ( Domestic flight ) Do not know what towel permit is 😐
