Hey guys. I followed your instructions and went onto a 60 day family Visa which has expired and am now on amnesty. I have the 400k in Feb bank and want to change to dependent visa if possible. Can I do that inside the country? Or any other options? Thank you so much guys.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on an amnesty after their 60-day family visa expired and is inquiring if they can switch to a dependent visa within Thailand. Comments suggest that they should have applied for the Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai before their extension expired. Being on amnesty complicates their ability to apply for new visas from within the country.

You needed to apply for that in country 90 day Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai BEFORE your 60 day visit thai family extension expired :( Once you went on amnesty you lost the ability to apply for an in country Non-O visa :/

Ryan there may be some value in talking to your local immigration office to see if they can help. Sometimes there are very helpful officers there who are understanding. Not always, but sometimes. Worth a shot if you are really up against it.
