I am being offered a job with a work permit. I am currently on the visa amnesty until 26th of september. Is it actually possible to do this without leaving and coming back at the moment?
Obviously coming back in is an issue right now.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquiring about a work permit and visa amnesty until September 26th asks if they can apply for a Non-B visa without leaving Thailand. A comment suggests that the employer should contact the immigration office for guidance, as there is no official policy on applying for a Non-B visa from amnesty status. The process may depend on the discretion of the specific immigration office.
your employer needs to contact the immigration office you will use. OR go out there with a representative of the company you'll be working for and ask them.
There has been NO official directive about being able to apply for an in country 90 day Non-B visa from amnesty. It is up to the office you deal with as far as whether they will do it or not.
Sorry. You're far from the only person in this situation, have your employer contact the immigration office
