Hello folks, has any UK passport holder tried doing a COVID Extension from Hua Hin?

I called ahead and they have requested me to get an email from my embassy stating that they do not provide the extension letter anymore.

Isn't it a bit backwards to ask for a reply off my embassy, when the whole point of not requiring the letter is so that the embassy doesn't have to be involved anymore?

2 hour drive? You sure you use the Hua Hin immigration office? :/

There have been no reports of Brits having any more difficulty than anyone else getting covid extensions. IF you got your 30 day extension already you "know the drill' as far as copies forms etc.

The UK embassy hasn't issued letters for covid extensions for MONTHS now

Hahaha, yes indeed! And I fully understand that my embassy does not give letters. I just wanted to call ahead to Hua Hin to make sure I wasnt running into any obsticles after a 2 hour drive.

I'm on my 30 day visa extension now, I have till the end of the month.
