TLDR : Answer Summary
The question addresses the possibility of a DTV visa application for a self-employed financial trader without an established business. Comments suggest that applicants in similar situations have been approved, indicating that alternative routes like enrollment in Muay Thai or cooking courses may facilitate the application process, even without formal employment or business income.

You domt need employment or income if you do the "soft power" and go for Muay Thai or Thai cooking courses. Fight EVO360 Thailand - Thepprasit Boxing Stadium in pattaya, 20k bht for 6 months course abd has all the paperwork and knowledge to make the application easy.
